At Alina Mae, we know you're excited to receive your items and we're just as excited to ship them to you. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). During sales or peak periods, processing times may be extended slightly.
Domestic Shipping
We ship all orders from our Atlanta, Georgia warehouse.
Shipping options at checkout typically include:
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Priority or Overnight Shipping (1-2 business days, if available in your area)
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE standard U.S. shipping on all orders over $50 (before tax, after discounts).
Incorrect Shipping Info
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Alina Mae is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us right away at customerservice@alinamae.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delivery delays are unfortunately out of our control. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier directly first. Still need help? Just reach out and we’re happy to assist!
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. We're exploring international options for the future!
